We are delighted to announce that The base rate salary increase for Nursery Assistants will be 10.1% and the salaries across all other job roles with the exception of Trainee Early Years Practitioners will increase by 10% on the 1st January 2023.

This rise is in line with the rise in the Real Living Wage; we feel it is essential that we fully support all of our employees at this very challenging time in the Economy.

Trainees are paid in line with the Government MA rate and this rate is reviewed on the 1st of April annually. The MA rate for 2023 is yet to be announced. In recognition of our trainees hard work and commitment to their position and training, all trainees will receive a one-off bonus payment of £250.00 with their December salary.

"It is Important for us to take this step to protect our-workforce and maintain the high quality standards within our services. Anything less than 10% and our teams would be facing a real time cost-of-living pay-cut" Carol Craig (Director) Commented.
