My name is Laura and I bring 26 years of experience in the childcare sector, including 10 years in a managerial role within the private day care settings.

I hold a BA in Childhood Practice from Dundee University.

With extensive hands-on experience and a deep commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, I strive to ensure that every child receives the highest standard of care.

I am passionate about building strong, positive relationships with children, staff, families, and the wider community to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

As both an experienced early years professional and a mother, I truly understand the importance of forming strong, trusting relationships with parents and families. 

I am a lifelong learner and reflective practitioner, eager to continue developing my skills and knowledge.

We have been actively involved within the local community, having regular visits to the local Care Home and library and had visits from our local MP Fraser MacPherson for Dundee West End throughout our development journey.

I am delighted to continue to embark on this journey with Little Beehive Nursery Roseangle, and we look forward to welcoming new families to join us this year.

Little Beehive Nursery Dundee was established in 2026, following the full renovation of the former Roseangle House Nursery. Located in the heart of Dundee’s West End, just off Perth Road on Roseangle Street, the nursery sits within a vibrant and well-connected community.
